Web Quest Activity*

Dress-up Event on April 3th**

*I honestly did not now this was due on March 23rd. On my personal handout, it had a blank next to the due date. Though, the due date was stated as March 23rd on the MS Word document Ms. Zipp e-mailed to me. I think I will simply turn it in some time this week. However, was I the only individual to have a blank due date on the physical handout?

**At the moment, I have absolutely no clue. I am welcome to suggestions.

I will update daily. Feel free to add anything I miss.

I want to mention, by the way, that the Obama Watch quizzes are completely retarded. She asks questions about the most irrelevant things EVER. I'm sorry, but I don't really care about what Obama's daughter said about Congress. [/rant]

I disagree slightly with Ms. Zipp's approval of purchasing cards, but whatever.

For those not taking the easy way out, here is a really simple website:

http://www.apstudent.com/ushistory/cards.php

Cat already posted it, but it's very awesome indeed!

Very many & detailed notecards...Would probably help

Paying 16 dollars for something won't help you. I know you may use them eventually, but the hands on aspect of actually creating flashcards is the most worthwhile part. ...

With the unit test only a few days away, I figured a topic about it here (not that anybody ever goes here lololol).

I have a feeling this test is going to be 99% causes and effects of the Civil War, and 1% battles and what have you. But that's just a guestimation.

What would you guys consider to be the essential material to study the next couple of days? I would say Reconstruction would be a definite biggy, including the Civil War Amendments, the whole Executive v. Legislative Recon. ...

"Jefferson's policies, including the Louisiana Purchase, brought him almost solid support in the South and West. Even New Englanders were moving to his side. By 1809, even John Quincy Adams, the son of the second president, would become a Republican."
