I meant to do it earlier, but the election's got me hooked. Unfortunately, I don't think McCain will be able to pull this one off ... I just plugged in the numbers, I used last year's polls and changed Ohio to Dems, and... Doesn't look good...

Ah, well. Maybe in 4 years we can get a good Republican who'll inflate the military for me

I think this election has almost decided for me NOT to go to Basic this summer, and to instead wait until after college :O. Maybe then a conservative will be back in office...

Or just put all of this good ole AP to work, go to college, and major in something important. Get a high paying job, and get more money. No rifle spinning necessary.

And I won't be spinning rifles for the Army, unfortunately. They only allow enlisted folk do that sort of nonsense, whereas I'll be the over-payed, pencil-pushing officer =/
